A mother of two and married for 28 years, I never thought I'd be selling Real Estate.  Moving to Lake Havasu in June of 2003 with a husband now doing Development, my 25 plus years as a Legal Assistant was not going to cut it in this beautiful Resort town. I can thank my successful Real Estate career to two local Realtors who sold us our first home in Lake Havasu. </p>

<p>I planted myself at Brooks-Clark & Associates in October, 2003 and have not looked back.  I took my legal background in Real Estate/Construction Defect law and feel I have put it to good use in my Real Estate career. It became obvious very quickly that Education was going to play a huge role in my success. I immedately joined forces with several Realtor friends and Education became our number one priority. I now hold the following designations: </p>

<p>CCSS -  Certified Commercial Sales Specialist</p>
<p>e-PRO - e-PRO Internet Professional</p>
<p>GRI -   Graduated Realtor Institute</p>
<p>RRP -   Recreational Resort Specialist -  (awaiting certification from AAR)</p>
<p>AHWD -  At Home With Diversity</p>

<p>From there, I took it a step further and became very involved in my local Association sitting on a number of Committees and joining the LHAR Board as a Board of Director for the 2006/2007 term.  I guess I didn't have enough the first time around because I ran again cinching the one year Director position for 2008.</p>

<p>As if that wasn't enough, several local Realtors got together and started the Lake Havasu Chapter for the Women's Council of Realtors.  I have actively been on the Board since its inception in 2005 and will be the Programs and Education Chairman for 2008.</p>

<p>Life couldn't get any better and then on November 27, 2007, my first grandchild arrived three weeks early. Its a boy!</p>
